FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. How do you mail your items?

We mail our items Priority Mail. You can expect your item(s) within 3-5 days (or less) of shipment. You will be notified when your item(s) leave the store.

2. How long do personalized items take?

Expect 10-14 days. Most of our orders are complete well before then but we like to give this time frame. The personalized stamps take up to two weeks.

3. What if I get my item and I am not happy with it?

Email us, let us know. Our goal is customer satisfaction. Although personalized items are nonrefundable we will work with you if the quality is not what you expected.

4. I have a lot of friends that like your items, can I have a party?

Of course! We love parties. As a host you get 50% off your order and merchandise credit for 25 % of the total party sales.

5. I can never get my friends all in one place, what about an I- party?

Those are great too! If you would like to have an Internet based party let us know and the same hostess credits apply. You will be emailed a flyer for the party and asked for email addresses of people you would like to invite and the day you would like to designate to have the party. All orders made by your friends that day will credit to your party!
